Jaywon – This Year (Acoustic)
Talented fast rising and versatile Nigerian singer and songwriter, Jaywon has shared the acoustic version of his smash hit single tagged “This Year”.
The latest output happens to be his first release in the year (2022). ‘This Year’ is to officially announce his presence in 2022 after a stressful and a successful year (2021).
Jaywon, officially known as Iledare Oluwajuwonlo has been in the music scene for a while and has been consistent throughout the years. He was formerly signed to Kennis Music.
After exiting this label, he founded his own label ‘Next World Music’ in 2013. Jaywon bagged an award for the Best New Artiste at the Nigerian Music Video Awards in 2009.
Jaywon is a blend of different varieties of sounds; Afrobeat, RnB, Highlife and any other genres of music one can think of. He has been constantly tagged as one of the very talented acts to watch out for in the coming years within the Nigerian music circles.
